Workshops & Creative Experiences
Our experiential sessions weave together education and artistry, inviting participants to engage with nature as a living, expressive medium. We collaborate closely with corporate clients to craft unique, hands-on experiences for groups of 10 to 100—offered both in-person and virtually—to ensure an interactive, memorable, and creative gathering.
Installations
More than décor, our installations are living statements that shape how a space feels, moves, and inspires. We create both real and long-term installations—whether for a one-time event, a commercial space, or new construction. Our team works seamlessly with event staff, contractors, and interior designers to ensure every element is thoughtfully designed, structurally sound, and beautifully executed.
HI, I’M COLLEEN
MEET the artist
Colleen Robertson brings over 15 years of design experience to her work. She began her career in costume design in New York and Los Angeles, shaping characters, environments, and emotion for film, TV, and commercials. After discovering a passion for florals, she worked with top LA studios on celebrity events, premieres, and immersive brand activations before founding Floraloom in 2018.
Colleen is known for her fine-art, sculptural style and her story-driven approach to transforming spaces. She was recently recognized as one of the Midwest’s top rising florists and was a runner-up on HBO’s ‘Full Bloom.’

the client process
Connect & Envision
Every great design begins with a conversation. We get to know your vision, budget, and goals, then create a custom mood board and initial estimate to ensure we’re aligned. Once you’re ready, we secure your date with a contract and retainer.
Design & refine
With your event confirmed, we develop a detailed design deck featuring renderings, color palettes, inspiration imagery, and seasonal floral selections. For installations or custom builds, we visit your venue to assess the space, take measurements, and plan mechanics—ensuring a seamless, well-executed design.
Create & Transform
In the days leading up to your event, we thoughtfully design and prepare every floral element. On event day, we work alongside your vendor team to transform the space, bringing your vision to life in a way that feels effortless and beautifully cohesive.
