Returns + Exchanges



We take pride in the quality of every Untucked Workwear piece and want you to love your new wardrobe staple just as much as we do! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at the time that you receive it, you may return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund within 30 days. 

All sale items are final.

Here's how to return: 

  • Items returned in new condition within 30 days will be refunded the original payment amount, minus any shipping charges.
  • Please send returns to the return address listed on the package. You may use any carrier of your choice, but please make sure to hold onto the tracking number.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days, and will be charged to your original card. Please note it may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the return.

Here's how to exchange: 

  • For exchanges, please return the item as instructed above, and include a note explaining which size you would like to exchange. If the requested item is available, we will ship it once we receive your return. 


  • We offer international shipping via USPS Priority International.
  • We cannot guarantee a delivery date, but in most cases it should get there within 2 weeks. This is only an estimate, and we are not responsible for any delayed or missing shipments.
  • By completing your order you agree to pay all customs fees, taxes, brokers fees, or other charges.
  • While most packages make it to their final destination without issues, Untucked Workwear is not responsible once the package lands in the destination country, since we do not have jurisdiction over the postal systems in international countries.
  • Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation.
  • International returns must be shipped within 15 days of receipt by the customer.
